About the Organization
The Foxhole Alliance story began close to three decades ago at Fort Wainwright, an Army base on the outskirts of Fairbanks, Alaska. During our enlistment in the Last Frontier, the soldiers of our unit forged solid and lasting interpersonal relationships based on trust and respect. These bonds were codified through the physical and mental challenges we endured while serving together.
Over the years since our time in Alaska, our lives have branched off in many directions, but the familial bonds we forged have remained steadfast.
Many of us have even found the time to link up for recreational trips at various locations across the United States. At their foundation, these excursions are centered around healthy, low-impact activities that allow us to spend quality time together.

These reunions are overwhelmingly positive and further galvanize our strong support system. Extending this experience to others and strengthening the Veteran support system is our primary focus.
Foxhole Alliance is dedicated to reinvigorating meaningful connections between Veterans that served together as well as paving the way for new connections between local Veterans. In doing so, we support the camaraderie and general espirit de corps that our Nation's Veterans enjoyed while wearing the uniform of a United States Servicemember.

Mission
We serve our Nation's Veterans through the development and implementation of low-impact recreational programming in a group setting that provide benefits to their health and wellness.
Vision
To support and enhance Veterans quality of life by engaging recreational group activities to enrich their lives over the long-term.
