Our Western New York-based programming focuses on recreational group activities that promote cardiovascular fitness, muscles strength, weight loss and sleep quality while decreasing stress and anxiety.
These low-impact activities also have been documented to relieve chronic pain, including muscle and joint pain.

We help our Nation's Veterans reforge meaningful connections with those they served with by organizing and providing financial support for unit-based reunions.
These gatherings center around low-impact recreational activities and can be conducted anywhere in the continental United States.
